Application Development & Support Manager £90,000 – £112,000 per annum Hybrid – London
Role Overview: Lead the delivery of the organisations deposits roadmap, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing applications are developed and supported. Oversee technical design, development, implementation, and support of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver robust applications using Microsoft.NET, Azure Cloud, SSIS, and APIs.
- Manage and evolve core platforms like Deposits Portals and Siebel CRM.
- Lead a team of developers and manage external suppliers to deliver technical solutions.
- Drive agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and application security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
- Ensure stability and performance of applications through effective release and operational management.
- The role needs someone who remains reasonably technical but who also has experience in managing teams, ideally outsourced teams.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong background in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with CRM integrations (preferably Siebel/MS Dynamics).
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and third-party suppliers.
- Skilled in Azure services, DevOps, and secure web application delivery.
