Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment business, are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Group Monthly Management accounts.
- Preparation of reporting packs for Senior Management Team and Executive Board.
- Oversee month-end balance sheet reconciliations and control checks.
- Business partnering with other departments and global sales teams.
- Processing monthly payroll and year-end payroll tasks in the UK, US, and APAC regions.
- Leading UK and oversees audits.
- Managing 1 direct report.
Requirements:
- Experience in preparing management accounts, management information reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll.
- Excellent Excel skills, including building models, creating reports, and managing large amounts of data.
- Initiative and proactive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing junior staff.
- Recruitment experience is desirable.
