What you will be doing
- Working in teams to analyze data, consider sustainability metrics, and test business controls to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Learning from your team through coaching and guidance in your daily tasks.
- Managing a portfolio of clients with a mix of hybrid working—traveling to client offices, working in the office, and occasionally from home, depending on client needs and team requirements.
- Studying towards a Professional Qualification, which involves attending in-person courses, self-study, and exams.
- Attending learning courses to acquire new skills continually.
- Meeting regularly with your support network, including your Career Counsellor and Apprenticeship Coach, to monitor your performance and support your career development.
- Participating in activities that help build your network and support our business performance.
Requirements
We operate an open access policy and do not screen applications solely based on academic performance. However, you need to be working towards an honors degree in a numerate subject such as Maths, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or Technology. You must also have a minimum of grade 4/C in GCSE English Language and Maths (or equivalent), or in your home language if you do not hold English GCSE. Additionally, you should have three A-levels or Five Highers (or equivalent), including an A grade in A Level/Higher Maths (or equivalent, carrying at least 48 UCAS points) to be eligible to apply.
