We’re now looking for driven Consultants to join our team here in London. If you have experience in permanent recruitment and are excited by the opportunity to influence the trajectory of a growing firm, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute executive search and recruitment projects across global mandates
- Manage and mentor Associate-level colleagues on multi-role, cross-border projects
- Build and nurture client relationships, with full autonomy to drive business development
- Take an active role in our internal hiring and contribute to building our team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in permanent recruitment and/or executive search
- A strong delivery track record in management or strategy consulting recruitment (preferred)
- Degree-educated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commercial acumen and a growth-oriented mindset
- Additional languages are a plus
