The Vacancy

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the Education Sector, you will drive go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and growth for IRIS’ innovative Education solutions. Working collaboratively with product management, sales, and marketing, you will shape the future of our offerings, ensuring customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This cross-functional role requires expertise in SaaS B2B software, an understanding of the Education software landscape, and a customer-centric mindset. Your efforts will position IRIS as a market leader in the Accountancy software space while driving adoption across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Position the Education Product Portfolio to meet market and customer needs by understanding the product, market, and competition.
  2. Develop compelling messaging to communicate product value to existing and prospective customers across all channels.
  3. Create and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and new market expansion.
  4. Build product marketing collateral, including Personas, Value Propositions, Messaging Frameworks, and sales enablement tools.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, engineering, corporate communications) to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  6. Educate internal stakeholders on product communication strategies.
  7. Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas, use cases, and competitor landscapes for effective product positioning.
  8. Monitor industry trends and adapt go-to-market strategies as needed, influencing product development.
  9. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and growth.
  10. Build monthly and quarterly plans for core asset deliverables (Personas, Value Propositions, Messaging Frameworks, Sales Enablement).
  11. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights within the Education sector.
  12. Create digital sales enablement tools, monitor engagement, and optimize content for better sales performance.
  13. Brief marketing and sales teams on messaging frameworks for new product launches and feature releases.
  14. Review commercial performance and core KPIs for strategic products.
  15. Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure competitive market positioning.
  16. Participate in product management meetings to influence roadmaps.
  17. Support cloud adoption plans with tailored messaging for different customer segments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in SaaS technologies.
  • Formal English and Maths qualifications.
  • Experience in the Education software market.
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B software.
