About the mechanical design engineer position
You will work within a friendly engineering team, reporting to the engineering manager; Designing and developing mechanical components and systems from concept to production.Creating detailed 2D & 3D SolidWorks models, drawings and specifications.Performing engineering calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure performance and reliability.Working closely with manufacturing, electrical, and software teams to ensure seamless product development.Conducting prototype testing and validation, troubleshooting issues as needed.Participating in design reviews and providing technical recommendations.
What you’ll need to apply for the mechanical design engineer position
An HNC or above in a relevant engineering discipline.Well-developed 3D CAD skills.Experience in both engineering and aesthetic design elements.Project management experience.
