Civil Engineering Technician – Infrastructure Design Salary: £20,000 – £33,000 (dependent on experience)Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Paid overtime available

A dynamic and forward-thinking civil and structural engineering consultancy is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with UK experience in infrastructure design to contribute to a range of exciting projects, from small-scale developments to major schemes up to £300M in value.You will join a supportive and experienced Civil Engineering team, working alongside senior engineers to deliver high-quality road, drainage, and infrastructure design solutions. Provide drawing and 3D modelling input on a range of civil engineering projects.Support the implementation of office standards, including BIM and digital tools such as Infraworks and Navisworks.Assist in the detailing of drainage and road layouts for infrastructure projects including residential and mixed-use developments.Engage with external consultants, contractors, and developers to support project delivery.Play a proactive role in the adoption of new technologies and software across the civil engineering team.

Strong 3D modelling skills and demonstrable UK-based project experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (essential).While no specific academic qualifications are required, a background such as HNC/HND or ONC/OND is desirable.
