Youll be the technical expert supporting the Business Development Managers through the full pre-sales process. That means turning customer requirements into real-world solutions and delivering product demos that land with impact.Your day-to-day will include:Delivering clear, engaging solution demos (both virtually and in-person)Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer pain pointsCustomising demos to meet client-specific requirementsExplaining technical features to both IT teams and senior decision-makersProviding fast, accurate responses to pre-sales queriesStaying up to date with product knowledge and industry trendsContributing to a high-performing, collaborative team cultureIts a role that blends strong communication skills, technical understanding, and a genuine desire to help people solve problems
