If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!HISP Teacher Training, as part of Inspiring Future Teachers (IFT), is seeking two experienced administrators to work as part of our Hub team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operational activities and delivery of the training programme, working as part of the Hub team. You will work with the HISP Teacher Training Hub Lead to ensure high-quality programme delivery, recruitment and compliance, in line with the DfE ITT Criteria.What We’re Looking For:

Further details about the role We have two vacancies, one for 20 hours per week to be responsible for recruitment and compliance, and one for 30 hours per week to be responsible for Programmes. Both are 40 weeks per year (term time plus one week during school holidays).About the role (ITT Administrator Recruitment & Compliance):

  • To provide an effective, accurate and efficient support to the Hub Lead and Sub Hub Leads.
  • To co-ordinate and monitor the day-to-day operational processes for IFT applicants, ensuring all deadlines are met and records are maintained in accordance with IFT Policies and Procedures and in line with the DfE ITT Criteria.
  • To organise recruitment within the Hub region and ensure that the IFT recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • To support the management of the Recruitment Tracker and the Single Central Record for HISP Teacher Training.
  • To support with communication between HISP Teacher Training and trainees, partnership schools and other key stakeholders for the purpose of data collection, event planning and recruitment.
  • To promote a professional and friendly point of call to all prospective staff, colleagues and trainees in respect of HR advice and support.

About the role (ITT Administrator Programmes):

  • To provide an effective, accurate and efficient support to the Hub Lead and Sub-Hub Leads.
  • To provide administrative support for the running of the in-year training cohort as well as coordinate the keeping in touch with ECT and alumni cohorts.
  • To support the management of the Recruitment Tracker and the Single Central Record for HISP Teacher Training.
  • To support with communication between HISP Teacher Training and trainees, partnership schools and other key stakeholders for the purpose of data collection, event planning and recruitment.
  • To support Hub Lead with maintaining accurate attendance records of trainees and ensuring absence reporting procedures are followed by trainees and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain an accurate record of the Partnership Schools information on the Partnership Schools tracker.
  • Be responsible for maintaining effective communications with stakeholders by sending out the weekly newsletter and other key communications.
  • To promote a professional and friendly point of call to all prospective staff, colleagues and trainees in respect of HR advice and support.
