You will work in a reception class and will support the teacher to maintain outstanding classroom practice. You will assist in the preparation of resources and supporting these children to make progress. The role requires a candidate who possesses the following qualities:
- A person who is proactive and takes initiative
- Somebody who is patient, compassionate and kind
- Somebody who likes working with young children and understands how to support these children
- A person who has good communication skills
- Somebody who is hardworking and child-centred in everything they do
