Our client, Aston University, is seeking a confident, experienced procurement professional to lead on capital projects and estates-related procurement activity. You’ll manage complex, high-value contracts and frameworks, help drive sustainable outcomes, and play a visible role within a modern, fast-paced Higher Education environment.
This is a highly commercial and relationship-driven role, suited to someone with public sector procurement experience and ideally knowledge of JCT and NEC3/4 contracts.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Public sector procurement experience
✅ Solid knowledge of estates and capital projects
✅ Comfortable leading tenders, contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews
✅ Understanding of frameworks, compliance, and risk management
✅ Ideally, experience with JCT and NEC3/4 forms of contract
