Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Implementing strategic initiatives to boost operational performance.
• Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and guidelines.
• Leading and mentoring the operations team to deliver on the business plan.
• Managing multiple senior Operations colleagues
