Our client, a leading regional Legal practice, is currently recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy, nationally recognised and ranked Commercial Team to work on a varied case load of commercial matters, ranging from advising SMEs on day-to-day queries to working with blue-chip corporate clients on major projects and outsourcing.

Who are we looking for?

1. Qualified Solicitor (2-3 years pqe) with a strong background in Commercial contracts
2. Excellent client and team communication skills at all levels
3. A desire to play a key role in the future of the commercial team
4. Highly motivated and able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Producing accurate, unambiguous drafting, delivered within client and/or other deadlines
2. Delivering succinct, quality and tailored advice
3. Helping to ensure the retention of good clients through appropriate client management and service delivery
4. Ensuring that all new instructions are appropriately scoped and priced with realistic time frames
5. Raising invoices in line with firm policies
6. Maintaining the integrity of data in the firm’s key platforms
