Required Skills:
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow – ITOM / ITSM / ITAM / CMDB
- Experience of developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in ServiceNow tools and technologies
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of working within the UK Public Sector
- Experience of applying your job role skills for critical national infrastructure for the UK
- Experience of communication / telco systems
- Experience of working with the UK emergency services
- Experience of (or a desire to) work within an eco system team
- Knowledge of ServiceNow technologies and standards
- Experience with application development and deployment
