I am currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for a contract North West London. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of both Retail and Hospitality Services, with an annual turnover in the region of £2m.
The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;
- Experience in a senior management role, within the Contract Catering sector
- Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations
- Project management experience
- Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service
- Managed a contract with a combined turnover in the region of £1.5m+
