New Opportunity: Interim Commercial & Corporate Counsel – Asset Management | 12-Month Contract

I am working with a leading asset management business that’s looking for an experienced commercial/corporate lawyer to join their group legal function on a 12-month contract (with potential to extend).

This is a broad, high-quality role that will give you exposure to a wide range of legal matters including:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements. vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions
• Supporting on corporate advisory matters, including company secretarial and governance issues
• Advising on ad hoc projects within a well-regarded, collaborative legal team

What they’re looking for:

• UK or common law qualified lawyer
• 4+ years’ PQE with solid experience in commercial and/or corporate law
• Background in financial services or asset management is ideal—but not essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
