This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a market leading team where you will primarily focus on structured finance and securitisation matters, although you will also have the chance to work on a broader range of financing transactions allowing you to become a versatile and technically excellent lawyer.
About You:
- 2–4 years’ PQE at a well-regarded law firm, with relevant experience.
- Derivatives experience beneficial.
- Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Proven ability to manage transactions and build client relationships.
- A strong academic background, coupled with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player.
