Repairs Supervisor

A great new opportunity has arisen for a Repairs Supervisor to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis based in Crawley paying £27 per hour. You will be required to supervise a team of trade operatives and subcontractors.

Hours Per Week:

Mon to Fri – 42.5 hours per week

Pay Rate:

£27ph (CIS or Umbrella)

The successful candidate will:

1. Mentor and supervise a trades team
2. Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
3. Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
4. Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues

Qualifications:

1. SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
2. Asbestos Awareness
3. Basic DBS

You will be supplied with:

1. Van (Full UK Manual Driving License Required, maximum 6 points)
2. Fuel card
