Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the gastropub.
2. Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role.
